29 CFR 1910.272(j)(1): The employer did not develop and implement a written housekeeping program that established the frequency and the method(s) determined best to reduce accumulations of fugitive grain dust on ledges, floors, equipment, and other exposed surfaces.     On or about May 16, 2016, in the "East Pit" the employer allowed hazardous accumulations of was grain dust in excess of .75 inches deep on ledges, piping, and other surfaces. The employer did not develop and implement a housekeeping program of sufficient frequency and method(s)  to reduce accumulations of fugitive dust to a safe level.    Central Commodities Ltd. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.272(j)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 98060, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 14, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1140 W. Locust Street, Belvidere, Illinois.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
