29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about August 9, 2011 and times prior, employees were exposed to injuries from falls greater than 6 feet while installing roofing materials. The employees were not using an adequate fall protection system.
