29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2):  Employees using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, and at least annually thereafter:    a) On or about September 6, 2011 and times prior, employees were exposed to illnesses in that, the employees were required to wear full face respirators prior to being annually fit tested.    Abatement Note:  Fit testing shall follow the requirements listed in 29 CFR 1910.134(f).
