(a) JT Roofing @ 5055 Newton St., Denver, CO 80221: On 10/14/11, the employer did not ensure that employees utilized a personal fall arrest system. Two employees engaged in roofing activities on a 6 in 12 pitch single-family residential roof. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 11.4ft.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) JT Roofing @ 5055 Newton St., Denver, CO 80221: On 10/14/11, the employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in roofing operations were trained to recognize the hazards of working at elevation and trained in the use of fall protection. Two employees engaged in roofing activities on a 6 in 12 pitch single-family residential roof. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 11.4ft.
