29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with paragraph (b) or (c) of this section:    a) Employees were not protected from the hazard of cave-ins while working in a trench that measured approximately seven feet in depth.     Bishop Plumbing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312830581, citation 1, item number 1, issued on January 7, 2009, and was affirmed as a final order on or about January 13, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 1005 S. Chester Avenue, Park Ridge, Illinois.    Bishop Plumbing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 3147354731, citation 2, item number 1, issued on August 19, 2010, and was affirmed as a final order on or about September 8, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at E. Oakton Street & S. Wolf Road, Des Plaines, Illinois.    No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
