Employees conduct service and maintenance on equipment such as, but not limited to, the Selco bailer, the RBI Lam Shear, bake ovens(etc.), and other employee(s) working in the immediate area; are exposed to potentially hazardous energy.       NOTE: AN ENERGY CONTROL PROGRAM NEEDS TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING,      a. Individual lockout devices or tag out devices (e.g.: the placement, removal, transfer of       locks).    b. Documented employee training (both for authorized employees and affected employees).     c. Annual audits of the company's procedures outlining the purpose, scope, rules, and techniques utilized to control       hazardous energy.
