29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid: (a) Lot 1-3 Blk, 2 Tract 1415 #108 Bowman: On or about 08 DEC 11 and at times prior thereto, workers onsite at the scrap yard were 10-20 minutes away from the nearest hospital. Nobody had a valid certificate in first-aid training to render treatment in the event of an injury at the job site.
