29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operators and other employees from hazards created by the flying chips:    a) On or about December 7, 2011 and times prior, employees were exposed to injuries while working in the shop. The drill press rotating chuck was not guarded exposing employees to being struck by hot waste materials.
