29 CFR 1910.1096(d)(2)(i): The employer did not supply appropriate personnel monitoring equipment, such as film badges, pocket chambers, pocket dosimeters, or film rings, and/or require the use of such equipment by each employee who entered a restricted area under such circumstances that he received or was likely to receive a dose in any calendar quarter in excess of 25 percent of the applicable value specified in 29 CFR 1910.1096(b)(1): a) The company did not provide technicians holding animals for obtaining x-rays finger ring dosimetry to determine the extremity exposure to the employees when lead glove use would be a greater hazard of injury to the person or animal.
