29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met (Agriculture Reference: 1928.21(a)(5):     On or about January 25th, 2012 the company had not developed or implement a written hazard communication program for employees exposed to hazardous materials such as:   1. Copper Sulfate (Penta hydrate, CuSO4)   2. Udderdine 551  3. Various veterinarian medications used to inject into cattle    All provisions of 29 CFR 1910.1200(f) through (h) must be covered in a Hazard Communication program. Key elements include, but are not limited to the following:   1. Labeling  2. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)  3. Employee information and training    Abatement Certification and Abatement Documentation Required.

29 CFR 1904.29(a): The employer did not use an OSHA 300, 301 and 300A Form or equivalent to record work-releated injuries and/or illnesses:    On or about January 25th, 2012 the employer did not record work-related injuries or illnesses on the OSHA 300, 301 or 300A logs for each calendar year. An employee suffered an eye injury on December 22nd, 2011 and subsequently had days away from work and was placed on a job-restriction as a result of the injury.     Abatement Certification and Abatement Documentation Required.
