29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii):     For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of thissection, each employee shall be protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4)of this section.    a)New Dover Road:Employee working upon a scaffold without any type of fall protection, exposed to a fall of approximately 25 feet to the ground below.         Violation observed on or about 2/7/12.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor  did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502.    a)East Side of house on New Dover Road, Edison, NJ:Employees performing roofing operations on a residential house approximately 25 feet from the ground below was not protected from failling.         Violation observed on or about 2/7/12.
