29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:     a)743 New Dover Road, Edison, NJ: Employees were observed performing roofing operations at a height of approximately 12' to 23' to the ground below with no fall protection in place, exposing them to fall hazards.    Condition observed on or about July 20, 2015.  P. B. Pol was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 190970, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/26/2012, with respect to a workplace located at New Dover Road, Edison, NJ 08818.
