29 CFR 1926.502(d)(6)(i): A snaphook was engaged; Directly to webbing, rope or wire rope:      a) North interior side of structure, central area; On or about February 15, 2012 and at times prior thereto, an employee performing installation of the refrigeration system was working from a step ladder. The employee was wearing a full body harness with a lanyard while working from the ladder. The employee was looping the lanyard around an open web bar joist and fastening the snaphook back onto the lanyard. The snaphook was not of the type designed for hooking it back onto the lanyard.     Note: Abatement certification is NOT required for this item.
