29 CFR 1926.651(d): Employees exposed to public vehicular traffic were not wearing warning vests provided by the employer: a) Ohio American Water, on or about March 3, 2012, at the intersection of West Davis St. and Wall Street in Tiffin, OH: The employer did not assure employees were easily visible to vehicular traffic by assuring all employees wore high visibility garments while working, both near and in an active roadway, at an excavation. Due to this condition, employees were exposed to potential struck-by injuries from motor vehicles.
