29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.      a) East end to center area of the structure; On or about February 27, 2012 and at times prior thereto, an employee was performing roof sheathing without a means of fall protection.    b) West end to center area of the structure; On or about February 27, 2012 and at times prior thereto, three employees walked across the tops of trusses between the location of the ladder and the sheathed area without a means of fall protection. 1926.502(d)(6)(i): The snaphook was not designed to be engaged directly to webbing, rope or wire rope:      a) West end, center area of truss span; On or about February 27, 2012 and at times prior thereto, two separate horizontal rope lifelines were wrapped around truss members and the snaphooks were connected to the rope lifeline in lieu of being connected to a fall protection anchoring device.
