29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)    The employer failed to install and use equipment in approved conditions for use and location. The employer was using extension cords to connect ceiling lamps. The extension cord was connected to an outlet located in the ceiling and wrapped around conduit and ventilation dusts to make them shorter.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
