29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5):     The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein:    On 03/19/2012, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings such as:    a)  Two unlabeled water bottles which contained hydraulic fluid    b)  A spray bottle containing Rim Cleaner which was marked with HMIS numbers; however, employees were not aware what the markings meant and no other hazard warnings were marked on the spray bottle.    c)  A container labeled with Motor Oil identity and hazard warnings was used to transport and fill washer fluid.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED.
