For falling objects too large, heavy or massive to be contained or deflected, the employer did not place and secure such potential falling objects away from the edge of the surface from which they could fall.      a) 421 Williams Ave., Hasbrouck Heights, NJ: Employee was working under a pump jack scaffold platform that was not provided with toe boards or similar device, on or about 3/13/2012.

AND  New Style Home Improvement was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100 (a) which contained in OSHA inspection # 314977836 at a job site located at 380 Palmer Rd., Yonkers, NY ; citation number 01, item number 02, issued on 06/06/2011.
