29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which was incorporated by reference as specified in 29 CFR 1910.6: The employer does not require the storage of gas cylinders in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965. This violation was observed on or about March 23, 2012 in the warehouse area where employees were exposed to a struck by hazard when required to enter/exit the bay door area with unsecured compressed gas cylinders.

This violation was observed on or about March 23, 2012 in the warehouse area where employees were exposed to an ejection hazard while operating a Toyota C20 forklift without donning a seatbelt.
