29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1):     Open-sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides:    In the middle of the GT building by the Dryer Assembly area, employees were exposed to fall hazards when working on the elevated work platform (Green Scaffold) without guardrailing in place:          a) the back and right side of the lower level, with a measured fall distance of 4 feet 7.5 inches to the cement below.            b) the left side of the lower level (missing a midrail), with a measured fall distance of 4 feet 7.5 inches to the cement below.            c) the front of the lower level (when the dryer was pushed to the work platform), measuring 4 feet 5 inches wide on the   left side and 4 feet 7.5 inches to the cement below.          d) the back of the upper level, measuring 10 feet 8.5 inches to the cement below.           e) the right side of the upper level (missing a midrail), measuring 10 feet 8.5 inches to the cement below.    29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
