29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  At the job site, 324 5th Street, Clay Center, Kansas, employees were operating the following machines without guarding for the sides and back of the following presses.  Employees were exposed to amputation hazards.      1.  The Premier Brake Press was not guarded on the back side.     2.  The 200 Ton, #2, 12 foot, HTE Press was not guarded at the side throat area and at the back.     3.  The Verson Press was not guarded at the side throat area and at the back.     4.  The HTC Press was not guarded at the side throat area and at the back.

At the job site, 324 5th Street, Clay Center, Kansas, Circuit breakers and disconnects below were not labeled as to their purpose.  Employees exposed to electric shock hazards.  1. Circuit Breaker panel switches at East Side Fabrication were not labeled as to their purpose.  2. Circuit Breaker Switches and Disconnects on North wall of Center Fabrication were not labeled as to their purpose.
