29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.    Club house pool area; the employer did not provide employees with personal eye and face protection while employees sprayed cement with a granite gun. The cement contained chemicals such as but not limited to silica and hexavalent chromium, exposing employees to contact hazards.
