29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person was exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body was not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. On or about April 12, 2012, Rig #3, employees were exposed to chemical hazards in tha tthe employer did not install a shower for quick drenching of the body in the caustic chemical mixing area.
