29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502.    Worksite:  The employee who was working on the 10 in 12 pitch roof with an eave height of approximately 12 feet 2 inches above the ground was not protected from fall hazards by the use guardrails, safety nets or a personal fall arrest system.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards:    Worksite:  The employee who was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet 2 inches while working on the 10 in 12 pitched roof was not trained in fall hazards and the procedures to be followed to minimize such hazards.    Wojenski Restoration, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311156640, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 11/27/2007 with respect to a workplace located at 5 River Rd., Wilton, CT and became a final order on 12/17/2007.
