29 CFR 1926.304(f): All woodworking tools and machinery did not meet other applicable requirements of American National Standards Institute, 01.1-1961, Safety Code for Woodworking Machinery: (a) Room 404 - on or about April 18, 2012 - the Ryobi table saw was not equipped with a magnetic anti-restart switch. Northeast Commercial Interiors was issued a citation for a violation of this OHSA standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.304(f), with respect to a workplace located at Springbrook School, 103 County Route 44, Oneonta, NY 13820, Inspection number 314353277, Citation number one, item number 2a, that was conducted on July 6, 2011, issued on August 19, 2011 and becoming a final order on September 15, 2011.
