NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i):     Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:    a) On or about 4/19/12 at the new Holiday Inn Express located at 4356 Commerce Drive, Batavia, New York; employees working in a 4 story building were using the stairways at each end of the building to access work areas on the upper floors. Neither stairway was equipped with handrails.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
