29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they or any conductive material handled on them might come closer to exposed and energized power lines than permitted by this standard:        a) Jobsite, 1151 North Negley Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about April 9, 2012, during painting activities, the employer did not ensure that the ladderjack scaffolding was set up at a safe distance from incoming live power lines in that the scaffold was not set up at least 3 feet from the power lines.
