29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):     29 CFR 1926.20 (b)(2) The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer.    a)  38 Long Beach Blvd., Long Beach, NJ:  The employer did not provide frequent and regular inspection by a competent person to recognize and address hazards of the job site such as scaffold hazards, unguarded power tools, damaged electrical cords,  and ladders that were not constructed properly.  The hazards were observed on or about 4/20/12.    NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

The employer did not examine the power tool being used to ensure that the insulation of the equipment was not damaged, observed on or about 4/20/12.
