29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: This violation occurred on April 18, 2012, at a jobsite located at 200 Chism Place in Plano, Texas 75075, where at least one (1) employee on the northwest side of a parking lot was replacing ballasts and light bulbs from an aerial lift without the use of a body belt and lanyard.
