29 CFR 1910.1025(e)(4)(i):     When ventilation was used to control exposure to lead, measurements which demonstrate the effectiveness of they system in controlling exposure were not made at least every three months:    Facility: The employer did not conduct ventilation measurements such as capture velocity, duct velocity, or static pressure to determine the exhaust system effectiveness at least every three month.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the     requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1):     All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:    Break Room: Break room wipe samples revealed lead residue on the following surfaces:       1. 10mg of lead on microwave handle        2. 19mg of lead on table       3.15mg of lead on refrigerator handle    The Powerlab, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.1025 (h) (1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 314034166, Citation Number 1, Item Number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on issued 06/07/2010, with respect to a workplace location at 9741 Powerlab Road, Savanna, IL    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
