OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazards of being struck by falling or collapsing trusses:    A) Employees of PlanRight General Construction LLC were setting trusses which were not braced to prevent roll over or collapse.    B) Employees of PlanRight General Construction LLC were exposed to struck by hazards from trusses that were not properly rigged for hoisting by a crane due to lack of a spreader bar.    C) Employees of PlanRight General Construction LLC were exposed to struck by hazards from trusses breaking during hoisting due to improper handling and storage.  Trusses were not layed down on a flat surface.    Among other methods, feasible and acceptable means of abatement include: Following all of the Truss Plate Institute Building Components Safety Information Guide to Good Practice for Handling, Installing, Restraining & Bracing of Metal Plate Connected Wood Trusses, 2008.
