29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed:    a) On May 01 2012, and at times prior thereto at this job site, the temporary power source located on the west side of the construction building, had an unused opening on the underside of the temporary electrical distribution panel that was not effectively closed.
