IH 35, #323, San Marcos, TX, the employer did not ensure that when prompt medical response was not available, someone had current first aid training on site. Employees and workers were exposed to the delay of getting medical first aid.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:    On or about July 30, 2015, at the West Elm, Tanger Outlet Mall, 4015 S. IH 35, #323, San Marcos, TX, the employer failed to ensure an employee was not exposed to a fall hazard. The employee was working from a Genie GS-19 scissor lift with a missing midrail chain. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet.
