29 CFR 1910.28(i)(1): The scaffolding, including power units or manually operated winches, were not a type tested and listed by a nationally recognized testing laboratory. A) For the employees working in the forklift elevated man basket on or about May 1, 2012 and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure the basket had been rated and approved for use with a forklift. B) For the employees working in the crane suspended man basket on or about May 1, 2012 and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure the basket had been rated and approved for use with the drilling rig mounted air hoist.
