(a) Construction Site, Hallway - On or about May 9th 2012 employees were using a wet dry vacuum and grinder for edging floor corners and were exposed to electrical shocks from the energized 110 volt spliced flexible cord.    No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): The employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites.    (a) Construction Site, Hallway - On or about May 9th, 2012 employees were using a wet dry vacuum and grinder for edging floor corners and were exposed to electrical shocks while the 110 volt equipment was not connected to a ground fault circuit interrupter.     No abatement certification or documentation required.
