29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vi):     A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, was not provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas were being used on the jobsite:    a) Jobsite, GJWA/MAWC Ligonier Interconnection Project, Westview Drive, Johnstown, PA: On or before 5/9/12, the employer did not provide a portable fire extinguisher at the jobsite. An employee was refueling a Vermeer T955 trenching machine from a 300 gallon diesel fuel tank at the jobsite.
