29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652(c): (a) Jobsite: On or about August 20, 2013, an employee was in an excavation (trench) and he was not protected from a cave-in. The one sidewall of the excavation where the employee was in the excavation (trench) was 5 feet 3 inches in depth.
