29 CFR 1917.151(g)(1):  The safety guard or the tongue was not adjusted so that they were always close to the periphery of the wheel.    (a)     In the maintenance building the Delta Bench Grinder, (Model Serial not visible) was improperly guarded in that the upper tongue guard had been bent in such a manner as to expose the grinding wheel at the upper opening allowing for the potential of injury from flying pieces in the event  of a wheel breakage.
