29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Note:  If the employer could demonstrate that it was infeasible or created a greater hazard to use these systems, a fall protection plan meeting the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502 should have been developed and implemented.      a) Oxford, PA, New McDonald's - Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 13.5 feet while working at and near the structure's unguarded roof edges.  The employees were installing roof sheathing to the tops of the roof joists.  An employee was also cutting plywood while he was standing on top of the parapet wall.  The sheathing he was cutting was supported by an off-road powered industrial truck and was located beyond the structure's perimeter.  Observed 5/2/2012.
