Deltaville Yachting Center, Large Maintenance Building.  On or about May 9, 2012, two circuit breaker panels located on the rear wall of the building  were not guarded against accidental contact with live electrical parts in that the left panel had two missing breakers, and the right panel had three missing breakers exposing employees to the energized busbars in the rear of the panel.
