29 CFR 1926.405(e): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panel board enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed so as to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosure. In wet locations the enclosures were not weatherproof: a) Oxford, PA, New McDonald's Store - The temporary 240 VAC CB panel and related 120 VAC outlets were not protected from moisture and water accumulation where they had been installed in a structure that was open to the weather. At the time of the inspection there was no roof on the structure. Observed 5/2/2012. CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS HAZARD IS REQUIRED
