29 CFR 1915.112(c)(1)(i): Employer did not ensure chain and chain slings have permanently affixed and legible identification markings as prescribed by the manufacturer indicating the recommended safe working load for the type(s) of hitch(es) used: Dry Dock for the Golden Princess: On May 12, 2012, and at times prior thereto, a chain secured to a forklift was used to pull a dry dock block from under the cruise ship. The chain did not have identification markings permanently affixed.
