29 CFR 1910.141(a)(4)(ii):     Wastes were not removed as often as necessary to maintain the place of employment in a sanitary condition:    On or about May 15, 2012, and at times prior thereto, several boxes were not stacked and sealed properly in a storage room containing seven months of medical.  Empty biohazard bags and boxes were located behind the full, stacked boxes, potentially exposing employees to blood borne pathogens and bacteria.    Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that biozhazard boxes are stored, sealed and stacked safely while awaiting pickup and disposal.
