29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9):     The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch:    a. Building 1 trim area - the distance between the abrasive wheel and the adjustable tongue was 1 1/4" on the 5002A 8" Sunsex Tools Bench Grinder.  Violation observed on or about 6/5/12.      The Oshkosh Specialty Vehicles, LLC dba Frontline Comm was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311106520 citation number 01, item number 007 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/19/08 with respect to a workplace located at 12770 44th Street North Clearwater, Florida 33762.
