29 CFR 1926.300(b)(4)(ii):The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, were not guarded: (a) In the rebar fabrication area on or about June 7, 2012, and at times prior thereto, there was no guard for the point of operation on a Iron Master P 64 rebar cutter. The cutter was used to cut 1-1/4 inch diameter rebar.
