Employee(s) turn valves on / off, and perform regular maintenance activities including, but not limited to, maintenance on the pipes containing ACM or PACM as required. the employee(s) are exposed to the hazards associated asbestos containing material (ACM). The employer did not perform a written hazard assessment on or  about 06/06/12 and 11/20/12.    c) At the facility, 315 Beach 9th Street, Far Rockaway, N.Y. - Throughout the facility - On a routine basis,maintenance employees used products to include spray enamels to touch up walls, doors, and other damamged areas within the facility. The enamels contain hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, propane, butane, solvent naphtha, and benzene. Employees are exposed to the hazards associated with these chemicals. The employer did not perform a written hazard assessment on or about 06/06/12 and 11/20/12.      ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.1
