29 CFR 1910.141(b)(1)(i):     Potable water was not provided in all places of employment, for drinking, washing of the person, cooking, washing of foods, washing of cooking or eating utensils, washing of food, preparation or processing premises, and personal service rooms:    Facility located at 2231 east Street, Trenton, NJ: On or about 06/11/2012, employees of Trane US, Inc. were exposed to the hazard of excessive heat from various elements such as, but not limited to, plant machinery and seasonal weather, while performing continuous moderate work consisting of lifting and assembling residential gas furnaces, in that respondent did not provide adequate amounts of cool, potable water and electrolyte in the work area and require employees to drink frequently.
