1926.452(w)(5)  Scaffolds shall be stabilized to prevent tipping during movement.    (a)  At the project on or about June 13, 2012, and at times prior thereto, the JLG 2630ES, Serial Number 0200127245, was not stabilized to prevent tipping during movement. The front left tire was worn and bits of rubber was missing thereby allowing the rim to make contact with the floor surface.
