OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):     The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by heavy unsecured cargo:    (a) Employees that are required to ride in the back of armored trucks were exposed to the hazard of being struck by heavy unsecured boxes and bags of coins during sudden stops or vehicle accidents as determined on June 14, 2012.

29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i):  The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment:    a. Employees that load and unload boxes of coins that weigh up to twenty five pounds each were not required to wear the footwear that met the requirements, or was equally effective as the requirements, in ASTM F-2413-2005 as required under the company's Protectve Footwear Policy and Personal Protective Equipment Assessment as determined on July 30, 2012.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.
