29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b)  Note:  If using these systems was infeasible or created a greater hazard, the employer should develop and implement a fall protection plan meeting the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502.    a) Jobsite - 11th and Green, Philadelphia, PA - Employees performing framing operations were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet without any means of fall protection. Observed on or about 6/18/12.    b) Jobsite - 11th and Green, Philadelphia, PA - Employees working near an unprotected floor hole were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9 ft. while performing residential construction activities.  Observed on or about 6/18/12.     Note: Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
